The Omni Viking Lakes Hotel demonstrates a modern, state-of-the-art vision that pays direct homage to the seafaring Norse people from southern Scandinavia. Their focus is on providing their guests with unique and memorable experiences through authenticity and innovation. Brian Cepek, a 30-year foodservice veteran and Boelter’s Director of Sales at Premier Restaurant Equipment and Design, was approached by Omni hotel’s management company to match this level of authenticity when developing all of the Viking Lakes' foodservice areas.
